  The after hours answering service is a joke. When they say they are taking a message to pass to the doctor they dont acually pass it along.
  Today I spoke with a nurse, waiting for a call back I call again before they close for the day. So in the menu I press to schedule an appointment, I speak with someone only to find out I still had to speak with a nurse to schedule an appointment (which is a different menu option) - where I was already on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk with a nurse and got disconnected. So I call back and try to talk with a nurse and I am in line again to talk with a nurse to be disconnected again so I call back and now the after hours answering service is on. I WAS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO TALK WITH SOMEONE FOR AT LEAST 25 MINUTES.
